A generalized, broad pressured treatment using slow, rhythmic movements and hydrotherapy techniques to ease tension, mental health symptoms and general aches and pains. Treatment includes consultation, assessment, time to get on and off the table, hands on treatment and home care recommendations. Complimentary Steam towels included!

Cupping Massage Therapy
Specific or generalized treatment using a combination of the typical positive pressure techniques and negative pressure cupping techniques. Techniques based on goals discussed during consultation. Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Specified treatment with focused techniques for specific areas of pain or injury. Techniques are tailored to the individual and will address the area of pain, compensating structures and antagonist muscle groups. Treatment includes consultation, assessment, time to get on and off the table, hands on treatment and home care recommendations. Complimentary Steam towels included!

Junior Patient Massage Therapy
Massage therapy treatment for junior patients 16 years old and younger. Can be deep tissue or relaxation based on goals discussed during consultation. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment length, this includes same day bookings. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee missed to the card on file. Cancellations outside of the 24hr cancellation policy must be made online or via text/phone call/voicemail. Email, messenger or any other method of communication will NOT be accepted as a cancellation and the 100% cancellation fee will still apply.
